FDA suspends Juul E-Cigarette ban amid appeals process



The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said on Tuesday that it had suspended Juul's ban on the company's e-cigarettes as it went through an appeals process. The FDA rejected Juul's application in June to sell tobacco and menthol-flavored e-cigarettes, saying the company must withdraw its products from the U.S. market.
